Dosing Guide

We recommend taking our CBD products daily for best results.

Tinctures

If you are a first time user we recommend starting with- 1-5mg of CBD a day. Increase daily until you reach 10mg per day. This is our recommended daily dose. 10mg may not be sufficent depending on tolerance and body mass. Increase or decrease as needed. Consult your physician before beginning any supplements or botanical extracts

100mg blends have 0.25mg per drop (10mg = 40 drops)

300mg blends have 0.5mg per drop (10mg = 20 drops)

900mg blends have 1.5mg per drop (10mg = 6.66 drops)

If taking 10mg per day the following blend should last:

100mg – 10 days

300mg – 30 days

900mg – 90 days

Although rare, side effects of MCT oil may include diarrhea, vomiting, irritability, nausea, stomach discomfort, and intestinal gas. These are most likely to happen if you take too much MCT oil or take it on an empty stomach. Chances of side effects are lessened by taking with water and restricting the intake of tincture to 1 teaspoon or less a day. If wanting to dose more than 50mg of CBD a day we recommend purchasing our 900mg tinctures.
